Our services

ENACOM is active in all phases of the development of renewable energy projects. Our core areas include site acquisition, identifying and contractually securing suitable sites for wind power and PV projects, as well as approval management, in which we take over the entire BImSchG procedure, regional planning and coordination with the authorities. In project development, we support projects from the initial site idea through to readiness for construction. Transaction management includes support for asset deals and share deals on both the buyer and seller side. The team is complemented by commercial administration, which structures all project-related contractual, financial and administrative processes.
