  • Properties of the project (e.g. area, orientation)

The results will be sent by e-mail. This simulation is non-binding and does not constitute legally binding advice.

5.2 Mediation service

5.2.1 Submission of project data

Users can submit project data online. The following are required

  • Type of project (e.g. sale, rental, own consumption, agrivoltaic)
  • Project details (area, orientation, location data)
  • Contact details of the user

5.2.2 Forwarding to partners

ENA2COM GmbH checks the information and forwards suitable projects to interested partners. However, there is no guarantee that a project will be forwarded or that a partner will be found.

6 Obligations of the users

Users undertake in particular to:

  • not to provide false or misleading information,
  • not to infringe any third-party rights (e.g. copyrights, trademark rights or personal rights),
  • not impair the IT security of the website,
  • not to send spam messages via the services,
  • not to use any user data without authorization.

In the event of violations, ENA2COM GmbH may delete user data or prohibit the use of the services.

7. costs

The use of the services of ENA2COM GmbH is free of charge. Any contracts between users and partners are concluded independently of ENA2COM GmbH.
