In which project phase can I submit my project to ENACOM?
We take on projects at every stage – from the initial securing of land through ongoing approval procedures to projects ready for approval. The decisive factor is not the current status, but the potential of the site.
What documents do I need for an initial project assessment?
For an initial assessment, all we need is location information, a brief description of the project status and, if available, existing expert reports or correspondence with the authorities. We will clarify everything else in a personal meeting.
Does ENACOM also take on projects that have not yet been approved?
Yes, we support projects from the early development phase through to construction maturity and transaction. We also examine the potential of projects without an ongoing approval process on an individual basis.
How does the takeover of a project by ENACOM work?
Once your project has been submitted, we will review it internally and get back to you with an initial assessment. If there is mutual interest, we will then meet in person to discuss takeover conditions and the next steps.
Can I submit several projects or a portfolio?
Yes, we work with both individual projects and portfolios from several locations. For portfolio submissions, we tailor the review process individually to the scope and phase of the projects.
Will I incur costs for the project evaluation by ENACOM?
No. The initial project assessment and the first meeting are free of charge and non-binding for you. Only when we decide to work together will specific conditions be agreed.
