How do I find out whether my area is suitable for wind power or photovoltaics?
We check your area free of charge and without obligation – using GIS analysis and, if appropriate, on site. You receive an honest assessment of your site’s potential, with no obligation and no hidden costs.
How much is the rent for my plot?
The lease payment depends on the size, location and type of plant. We agree conditions in line with the market that guarantee you a predictable income over the entire term – transparently and without deductions.
Do I have to take care of authorities and permits?
No. We take care of all communication with municipalities, authorities and approval bodies. You will be informed about important steps, but don’t have to worry about anything yourself.
How long does a lease run for and when do I receive the first payments?
Lease agreements typically run for 20-30 years. The first payments usually begin when the contract is signed or at the latest when construction begins – not after commissioning.
Can I continue to use my land for agricultural purposes?
In many cases, yes. In the case of wind power projects, only a small part of the area is actually built on, the rest remains usable for agriculture. In the case of PV systems, we clarify together which dual uses are possible.
What happens if the project is not approved?
No risk for you. If a project does not receive approval, you incur no costs and no obligations. Your space remains freely available – we regulate this clearly in the contract.
